  • We map out simple steps to achieve weight-loss

  • Flexibility allows you to find the perfect habit fit

  • Identify eating habits you actually want to do

  • Explore how relationships, faith, movement, cooking, fun, emotions, work, creativity, finances & learning affect your weight

  • You will receive supportive resources such as food samples, self care activities, inspiration and education on food and movement

  • Access to Coach Lisa in-between sessions for encouragement, questions, and celebrations
