Explore how relationships, faith, movement, cooking, fun, emotions, work, creativity, finances & learning affect your weight
You will receive supportive resources such as food samples, self care activities, inspiration and education on food and movement
Access to Coach Lisa in-between sessions for encouragement, questions, and celebrations
